At Jazwares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original state to qualify for a refund.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return.
